1. Las utilizaciones
Varistor de óxido de zinc es un tipo de componente sensible que valor de la resistencia puede variar con la tensión aplicada, que es ampliamente utilizado en equipos eléctricos y electrónicos para protegerlos de daños de sobretensión transitoria y para la absorción de sobretensión.

3.Range de aplicación
Se utiliza en la protección contra sobretensiones para la IC, transistor, los circuitos de conmutación semiconductor diodo.
Se utiliza en la comunicación, telemedida, control eléctrico y varios equioments electrónicos.
Reprimir la sobretensión instantánea causada por la válvula electromagnética y el relé.
Reprimir la sobretensión instantánea causada por la fuente de alimentación.
Reprimir la sobretensión instantánea causada por los circuitos electrónicos.
Protección de Iluminación en varios Kingd de aparatos electrónicos.
Condiciones 4.Technical
El varistor de óxido de zinc llevar a cabo las normas de GB / T10193, GB / T10194, GB / T10195-1997 y SJ / T10348-10349.
Condiciones de medición: para varistor de 05D, 07D, 10D, 14D, 20D serie, voltaje a través del varistor medido bajo 1mADC.
Tensión Varisor: la tensión entre dos terminales con la corriente measureing especificada aplicada se expresa por la letra V.
Tensión máxima de funcionamiento continuo: el voltaje RMS sinusoidal máxima o de tensión máxima DC que se puede aplicar de forma continua en el intervalo de temperaturas ambientales especificadas.
Temperatura ambiente de trabajo: -40 ºC ~ + 85 ºC
Temperatura de almacenamiento: -40 ºC ~ 125 ºC

Founded in 2006, Zhengli group company Limited has several factories and companies. Our main product categories are ceramic capacitor (50V-15KV), film capacitor, ZVR zinc oxide varistor, NTC thermistor, safety capacitor ( Y1, Y2, X1 ), safety capacitor (MKP-X2 ). Our products are widely used on electronic products, such as large or small household electric appliances, power supplies, chargers, communication equipment, computers and peripherals, and lighting appliances.
Large Monthly Capacity to Complete Volume Orders Rapidly
We own 17 automatic production lines and have developed a three-stage production line for AC ceramic capacitors (Y type) by ourselves. Our automatic production is ahead of most manufacturers in mainland China, producing 20 million AC ceramic capacitors (Y1/X1, Y2/X1), 5 million AC film capacitors (MKP-X2), 5 million metallized film capacitors, 5 million ZVR zinc oxide varistor & NTC thermistor and 5 million high-, medium- and low- dielectric ceramic capacitors each month. Because of our hard work, we have obtained three innovation patents and 13 utility patents.

We have a complete range of certifications regarding product safety, environmental protection and company management. For safety, we have UL, cUL, VDE, ENEC, CQC, SEV, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, and FIMKO approvals. Our company is also ISO 9001: 2008- and ISO 14001: 2004-certified. Based on QC 080000: 2005 regulations, we have established a Hazardous Substance Process Management System to restrict hazardous substances. All of our products are compliant with the RoHS and REACH Directives plus our ceramic capacitors are free of halogens, phthalates and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons. They have been approved by GB (China) and IEC as well.
